INTRODUCTION   The usability test for YoDream aimed to evaluate the app’s effectiveness, ease of use, and overall user satisfaction. The focus was to identify areas for improvement to enhance the user experience. This was achieved through the Think-Aloud Protocol and a survey technique. Rationale of Usability Testing: User-Centered Design: The purpose of this testing is to ensure our prototype meets user requirements after collecting information and feedback from users. Ideation Process with LEGO Serious Play

User Needs Representation Step 1: Initial Model Building   Each team member built a LEGO model to represent a specific need of Fatima Ibrahim. We presented our models to each other within the group, each taking 10-20 seconds to explain the need represented. We then chose 1 to 3 words to describe each need and wrote them on sticky notes.  Step 2: Addressing Additional Needs   In the second round, we each built a LEGO model to cover any needs not previously addressed. We repeated the process of presenting our models and describing the needs with sticky notes. Reflection and Consolidation   Together, we reviewed all the models, identified overlapping needs, and grouped similar ones. This ensured that we had a comprehensive set of LEGO models representing all the crucial needs of Fatima Ibrahim.
